Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about logging in to FastCash.

I can't log in. Why is this happening?

  1. Are you using the correct User Name and Password? If you need to confirm either, please contact your account manager.

  2. If you're not an active FastCash member, you won't be able to log in to this site. If you are unsure of your status, please contact your account manager.


What's the difference between a secure and standard server?

A secure server encrypts the information being transmitted using a secure (SSL) connection. When you log in, you can choose to use a secure or standard connection. We encourage everyone to use the secure connection. However, individuals using some browser versions, as well as users behind some firewalls, may have difficulties using SSL.

If you'd like to install a SSL-capable browser, both MSIE and Netscape are freely available to private users at:
